How We Use Your Information
ACC uses the information we collect to set up, support and bill for services that our customers elect to use. We collect and store information about every package ordered online so that we can efficiently provide delivery services. Customers who use our online order-entry system are asked to provide certain personal information when they sign-up for our services including name, address, telephone number, and billing information. The personal information collected during the registration process is used to manage each customer’s account (such as for billing purposes).
ACC customer email addresses and any personal customer information are not shared or sold to any third party. We may occasionally use non-personally identifiable aggregated data in order to better understand how our site is being used or to improve our services.ACC collects the address of the receiving party solely for purpose of adding it to the shipper’s address book and is not shared or sold any outside party. The user can choose not to have the receiver’s address added to their address book simply by unchecking the “Add to Address Book” box when ordering a shipment.

Retention of Customer Information
ACC retains information about our customers as necessary for business purposes and as required by government regulation. As an example, we retain information about packages shipped, including names and addresses, in order to provide proof of delivery and process any claim requests.
ACC provides registered users the choice to opt-out from receiving communications about new services. Opting-out can be done at any time by contacting ACC by email or by phone.

As a consumer of our services, you have the right to request access to information we have collected about you or your company.
