We collect and store information about every package ordered online so that we can efficiently provide delivery services. Customers who use our online order-entry system are asked to provide certain personal information when they sign-up for our services including name, address, telephone number, and billing information. The personal information collected during the registration process is used to manage each customer’s account (such as for billing purposes).
ACC customer email addresses and any personal customer information are not shared or sold to any third party. We may occasionally use non-personally identifiable aggregated data in order to better understand how our site is being used or to improve our services.ACC collects the address of the receiving party solely for purpose of adding it to the shipper’s address book and is not shared or sold any outside party. The user can choose not to have the receiver’s address added to their address book simply by unchecking the “Add to Address Book” box when ordering a shipment.
