At ACC we invest in technology solutions that help improve service and control costs for our customers every step of the way—from order entry to delivery.

We continuously look for ways to better understand our customers' needs and then partner with them to introduce new solutions whenever we can, including software integration with their own systems. The proprietary technology platform we utilize allows high-volume shippers to place orders faster with the convenience of Rapid Order Entry (ROE).


Some of the basic technology features ACC provides all customers include:

  • Secure online order entry
  • Multi-user access
  • Real-time delivery tracking and email confirmations
  • Electronic signature capture
  • Account management, and cost management reporting
  • Two-way voice/data communications, package scanning, and GPS tracking


To keep our systems running 24/7, ACC has invested in emergency back-up systems so that in the event of a major power failure, or even a minor power interruption, we're able to maintain continuous and full-service operations.

  • Redundant Internet services that include wired and wireless Internet service
    providers at each ACC facility including an MPLS network structure.
  • Uninterruptible power supplies plus on-site back-up generators.

In addition, our in-house tech staff is highly experienced in working with customers large and small to integrate their web service systems with ACC to create rapid order entry for faster, more efficient shipping preparation and billing capture.
